American and the world as a whole are utterly obsessed with celebrities. I don't know how it happened or when it started, but the general public began seeing movie stars, super models and musicians as gods. Who'd have ever thought that someone would construct a large database of contact celebrity information for the public to use at will? Okay, that was clearly a sarcastic question. Obviously someone with inside information was going to do this sooner or later. It's a clever and easy way to make loads of cash via the web.

If you're a fan looking for recognition or an autograph it's one thing, but if you're seriously considering a career in the film and television industry, it's completely different.
